Inside is better...easier to get. Mine were embedded in the outer wall- that is why I had to wait so long to ttc- if I got pregnant my uterus wouldn't be strong enough to accomodate the growth of the baby. I had a hysterscopy to remove an inside fibroid a year later and was able to ttc after a few months- got pg 6 month after.
