I agree with the decision. But I find it a little weird that in one case the government doesn't want to provide resources for the scouts due to their discriminatory practices, while in another case, law schools don't want to provide resources to the government (military recruiters) due to almost the same discriminary practices. And in both cases the government wins... (I will concede though, that the law schools do have the option to exclude the military recruiters IF they are willing to give up all federal funding for their schools)
