Geela, I agree. I don't think there is a double standard in this instance. You really can't compare what Tookie did with what this guy did b/c they had two completely different sentences from their crimes. Now, had he been on death row and was now about to be paroled, that would be entirely different.

I don't think that they should have paroled him though.
