I have never heard that being RH- makes you high risk. I am RH-, and the only risk is if you have a child, don't get the Rhogam shot, get pg again with a child who is RH+ THEN you may have a higher risk. But it's totally standard for RH- moms to get the Rhogam shots once they're pregnant, so that's a moot point. As for the longer + result, I DID have a later + with both of my boys, but I can't say it had ANYTHING to do with being RH-. Keegan was done via IVF, and when the first beta was negative, followed a couple times later of +++s, they were quite puzzled and never said anything about my RH- being any factor.
