Hey everyone......... I am new here and I am looking for meal suggestions and or recipes for what I feel is a difficult chore. You see, my boyfriend is an OTR truck driver and is only home on the weekends. He is doing good by not eating out but maybe a few times a week but the rest of the time he is eating sandwiches. I know that can get old and I am not sure what to do. I want to provide him with some good meals but what kind? He does have a cooler on the truck and he can use microwaves at the truck stops.
