It says not to take if you are pg or nursing, but I won't be TTC for a little over four more months, so I am not worried. This bottle is a one month supply, we shall see how well it works. If I like the results I will take 'em for three months or less if I lose alot fast. I want to stop 'em about a month before starting TTC to give it enough time to completely flush out of my system.
