hello... new here!

im breastfeeding my almost 4 month old little boy and im wanting to start taking vitex... i have looked it up and some thing i read say that it's actually good to take that they use it to increase milk supply and well other say NOT to take it that it will dry your supply up. does anyone know what it really does? thanks!
