Now that ebay is ripping us off with their fees, what are some other auctions sites we can check out?

I see some great deals on yahoo auctions. Looks like there are more sellers than buyers; hardly anything has bids.

There is a lot of buzz for a new site startng Jan 18th...wagglepop.com. Free listings and only 3.5% final value fee!

Now how do we get the buyers to leave ebay???
